6 Boneless Chicken Tighs or any chicken parts of your choice

   My Mom’s Goodness More than Oil

2 Cups of carrots

2 Cups of Celery 

1 Cup of white onion

3 Small Potatoes


How to Cook: Preheat Oven to 325* Serves 6



Wash your chicken before seasoning.

Coat chicken with My Mom’s Goodness Oil 

Cut up Carrots 

Cut Up Celery

Cube Small Potatoes 

Get a casserole dish. Place chicken in the dish first. Then place Vegetables on top. Then, pour My Mom’s Goodness More than Oil and place in oven for 30 minutes.

Ready to Serve!
